Charaya joined Constellation in February, 2008 as the Receptionist and quickly moved her way into the position of Operations Assistant within two months. Prior to joining Constellation, Charaya lived in Los Angeles, CA where she worked for Leader Kozmor Gorham, LLP as an Administrative Assistant and Paralegal for three years.

Charaya is a native of New York City and attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She resides in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and son.
