Robert Gorczakowski
Chief Financial Officer

Robert joined Constellation in December 2008. Robert came to us from Kaupthing New York, Inc. where he was the firm's Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of Compliance. Prior to joining Kaupthing, Robert was President, Director & Chief Operating Officer at Ladenburg Thalmann, having previously served as the firm's CFO, Controller and Assistant Treasurer.

Robert began his career as a Senior Accountant at Seemala Partners in 1981. In 1987, he joined American Investment Group of New York as their Controller. In 1993, Robert joined Reich & Company as Controller and the firm merged with Fahnestock & Co. Robert joined Rickel & Associates as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller in 1995 before joining Ladenburg from 1997 to 2006.

Robert earned his Masters of Accounting and Financial Management (MAFM) from The Keller Business School of Devry University and earned his Bachelors of Science in Economics from the City University of New York (College of Staten Island).

Robert lives in Basking Ridge, New Jersey with his wife and 2 children.
